Custom and made-to-order pieces ship once production is complete. Most custom projects require approximately 8–12 weeks for production, depending on design complexity, stone sourcing, and current lead times. Estimated timelines are discussed during the design process and confirmed prior to production.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We offer insured shipping on all fine jewelry orders. Shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

Signature may be required upon delivery for high-value orders to ensure safe arrival.
